Sterling Plastic Jointing

HDPE Piping is joined by means of Thermo Fusion by Butt Welding, Electro Fusion or by Socket Welding. The Butt Welding method offers the greatest reliability; – It is cost effective, leak proof, requires no coupling and if welded correctly is stronger than the pipe itself.


Pipes may also be joined mechanically such as stub ends and flanges. Note that solvents and adhesives cannot be used.
